脑卒中患者鼻饲管非计划拔管原因及护理干预

      目的  分析神经内科脑卒中患者鼻饲管非计划拔管原因，探讨其护理措施。
      方法  对神经内科2017年1—12月住院行鼻饲管留置的脑卒中患者90例，采用一般护理措施。对2018年1—12月神经内科住院行鼻饲管留置的105例患者，在一般护理措施基础上增加其他护理措施。比较2017—2018年非计划拔管率。
      结果  2017年发生非计划拔管23例，非计划拔管率25.56%, 2018年发生9例非计划拔管，非计划拔管率8.57%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
      结论  采取多种护理干预措施可降低脑卒中患者鼻饲管非计划拔管率。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To analyze the causes of unplanned extubation of nasogastric tube in cerebral apoplexy patients in neurology department, and investigate the nursing measures.
      Methods  Ninety stroke hospitalized patients with nasal feeding tube indwelling from January to December 2017 were selected as research subjects, and were given routine nursing. A total of 105 stroke patients undergoing nasogastric tube retention in neurology department from January to December 2018 were selected, given other nursing measures based on the routine nursing. Unplanned extubation rates of two years were compared.
      Results  Unplanned extubation occurred in 23 cases in 2017, and 9 cases in 2018. The unplanned extubation rate was 25.56% in 2017, which showed a difference compared to 8.57% in 2018(P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Various nursing interventions could reduce the unplanned extubation rate of nasogastric tube in stroke patients.
