Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing safety management and countermeasures for patients with coronary angiography and stent implantation.
Methods Forty patients with coronary angiography and stent implantation were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing and treatment, while the patients in the observation group were given corresponding countermeasures after analyzing the nursing management problems. The perioperative related indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The operation time, hospitalization time, patient's satisfaction degree, therapeutic compliance, postoperative complications and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion For patients with coronary angiography and stent implantation, the perioperative implementation of nursing safety management analysis can significantly improve patients' satisfaction degree and therapeutic compliance, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life.
