自锁托槽矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者的矫正效果

      目的  探讨自锁托槽矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者的矫正效果。
      方法  选择40例安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者进行研究，对照组20例患者采用传统结扎式托槽矫正，观察组20例患者采用自锁托槽进行矫正。比较2组患者的疼痛情况、复诊情况和矫正效果。
      结果  观察组患者治疗后6、24、48 h和治疗后3、4、7 d的VAS评分均显著低于对照组患者(P < 0.05); 观察组患者的常规复诊次数显著少于对照组，治疗时间显著短于对照组，托槽脱落率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  自锁托槽矫治器能够有效减轻患者疼痛等不适感，提升矫正效果。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To study the effect of self-locking bracket appliances on correction efficacy of Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion patients scored 1.
      Methods  A total of 40 patients with class Ⅱ malocclusion scored 1 in our hospital were selected in the study. The control group with 20 patients were treated with traditional ligation brackets, while 20 patients in the observation group were treated with self-locking bracket appliances for correction. The pain, re-visit and corrective effect were compared between the two groups.
      Results  The VAS scores of the patients in the observation group at 6, 24, 48 h and 3, 4 and 7 days after treatment were significantly lower than those of in the control group (P < 0.05). The number of routine visits, treatment time and bracket drop-off rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Self-locking bracket appliance can effectively relieve pain and other discomforts of patients, and improve the correction effect.
