复方参芪颗粒对反复呼吸道感染患儿炎症因子及免疫功能的影响

Effect of compound Shenqi Granules on inflammatory factors and immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

      目的  探讨复方参芪颗粒对反复呼吸道感染患儿炎症因子及免疫功能的影响。
      方法  将60例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予复方参芪颗粒。比较2组治疗前后血清白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-6)含量以及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3、C4水平。
      结果  治疗前, 2组患儿IL-2、IL-4、IL-6含量比较无显著差异(P>0.05); 治疗后, 2组患儿IL-2、IL-4含量升高, IL-6含量降低,且观察组IL-2、IL-4含量高于对照组, IL-6含量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗前, 2组患儿IgA、IgM、IgG、补体C3、C4表达量比较无显著差异(P>0.05); 治疗后, 2组患儿IgA表达量升高, IgM、IgG、补体C3、C4表达量降低,且观察组IgA表达量高于对照组, IgM、IgG、补体C3、C4表达量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
      结论  复方参芪颗粒可以调节反复呼吸道感染患儿炎症因子水平,增强患儿的免疫功能。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the effect of compound Shenqi Granules on inflammatory factors and immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
      Methods  Totally 60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment, while the observation group was given compound Shenqi Granules on the basis of the control group. The levels of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin M (IgM), complement C3 and C4 were compared before and after treatment.
      Results  Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 increased and IL-6 decreased in both groups, and the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the level of IL-6 was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the expressions of IgA, IgM, IgG, complement C3 and C4 between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the expressions of IgA increased, the expressions of IgM, IgG, complement C3 and C4 decreased, and the expression of IgA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the expressions of IgM, IgG, complement C3 and C4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Compound Shenqi Granules can regulate the levels of inflammatory factors and enhance the immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
