Abstract:
Objective To explore the nursing strategies of postoperative bladder infusion in patients with bladder tumor.
Methods One hundred patients with bladder perfusion after bladder surgery were enrolled in our study, and were divided into traditional nursing group (50 cases) and the integrated nursing group according to the random number table method. The integrated nursing group adopted integrated nursing method, and the traditional nursing group was given traditional nursing method. The satisfaction, awareness of of bladder perfusion knowledge, the compliance of bladder perfusion therapy, Zung Anxiety and Depression Self-rating Scale scores before and after treatment, and the incidence of urinary tract infection as well as bladder irritation syndrome were compared.
Results The integrated nursing group had higher satisfaction, and lower Zung Anxiety and Depression Self-rating Scale scores than the traditional nursing group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The awareness scores of bladder perfusion knowledge and the compliance of bladder perfusion therapy in the integrated nursing group were higher, and the incidence of urinary tract infection as well as bladder irritation syndrome was lower than that in the traditional nursing group(P < 0.05).
Conclusion The integrated nursing for patients with bladder tumor after operation can improve compliance, relieve anxiety and depression emotions, reduce complications and improve patients′satisfaction.
