目的探讨稽留流产(MA)患者血清中白介素-17(IL-17)及白介素-35(IL-35)的表达水平及其临床意义。
方法选取2017年3—9月就诊的MA患者30例为病例组，另选取同期早孕要求终止妊娠患者30例为对照组，抽取2组患者人工流产前外周静脉血，采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测2组患者血清中IL-17、IL-35水平。
结果病例组患者血清IL-17水平显著高于对照组, IL-35水平显著低于对照组(P < 0.05); IL-17及IL-35在2组患者血清中表达呈负相关(r=-0.756, P < 0.05)。
结论 MA的发生可能与IL-17的高表达以及IL-35的低表达有关。

Abstract:
Objective To explore expression levels of interleukin-17(IL-17) and interleukin-35(IL-35)in serum of patients with missed abortion(MA) and clinical significance.
Methods Thirty MA patients admitted to our hospital from March to September 2017 were selected as case group. Another 30 patients with requirement of early pregnancy termination during the same period of pregnancy were as control group. The peripheral blood was collected before abortion surgery, and the levels of IL-17 and IL-35 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).
Results The case group had higher serum IL-17, and lower IL-35 than the control group (P < 0.05). The expression level of IL-17 was negatively correlated with IL-35 level in serum of two groups(r=-0.756, P < 0.05).
Conclusion The occurrence of missed abortion may be related to the high expression of IL-17 and low expression of IL-35.
