摘要:
目的探讨总结经阴道单孔腹腔镜手术的术前准备与围术期护理。
方法收集本院妇产科实施阴道单孔腹腔镜手术的10例患者的临床资料，总结患者术前准备要点以及围术期个性化护理措施，并观察患者临床预后和满意度。
结果在完善的术前准备和精心的围术期护理下，本组患者心理状态稳定，无任何不良症状，手术效果良好，患者满意度高。
结论完善的术前准备和精心的围术期护理是经阴道单孔腹腔镜妇科手术成功的重要保障。

Abstract:
Objective To explore and summarize the clinical effect of preoperative preparation and perioperative nursing of transvaginal single-port laparoscopic surgery.
Methods The clinical data of 10 patients undergoing transvaginal single-port laparoscopic surgery was collected. The key points of preoperative preparation, individualized perioperative nursing measures were summarized and analyzed, and the clinical prognosis and the patients′satisfaction were also observed.
Results Under well preoperative preparation and careful perioperative nursing management, all patients, without any adverse symptoms, had stable psychological state, better surgical efficacy, and higher patients′satisfaction.
Conclusion Perfect preoperative preparation and careful perioperative nursing management can guarantee the success of transvaginal single-port laparoscopic surgery.
