CT增强扫描患者的预防护理

      目的  探讨预防护理在CT增强扫描患者中的应用效果。
      方法  将本院接受CT增强扫描的90例患者随机分为2组, 各45例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施预防护理，评价2种护理方式的应用效果。
      结果  观察组护理后的CT增强扫描的图像质量优良率为95.56%, 显著高于对照组的80.00%(P < 0.05); 观察组护理后的收缩压、舒张压和心率均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05); 观察组护理后不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  在CT增强扫描患者中应用预防护理能够显著提高CT扫描图像质量，减少不良反应，且患者扫描前后生命体征更趋于平稳。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the effect of preventive nursing in patients with CT enhanced scan.
      Methods  Ninety patients who underwent contrast-enhanced CT scan in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 case per group. The control group received routine care and observation group implemented preventive care. The application effects of two nursing Methods were observed.
      Results  The excellent rate of image quality for the contrast-enhanced CT scan in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (95.56% vs. 80.00%, P < 0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Preventive nursing for contrast-enhanced CT scan patients can significantly improve the quality of CT scan images, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and stabilize the the vital signs.
