目的探讨妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(亚临床甲减)患者行左旋甲状腺素联合右归丸治疗的效果。
方法将90例妊娠合并亚临床甲减患者随机分为对照组40例与观察组50例。对照组采用左旋甲状腺素治疗, 观察组采用左旋甲状腺素联合右归丸治疗。比较2组临床疗效。
结果观察组治疗后血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)指标、症状积分、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、25-羟基维生素-D25-(OH)-D水平、叶酸以及妊娠结局与对照组相比有显著差异(P < 0.05)。
结论妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者行左旋甲状腺素联合右归丸治疗的效果显著，可改善甲状腺功能指标以及妊娠结局。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine combined with Yougui Pill in treatment of pregnant patients complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism.
Methods Ninety pregnant patients complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=50). The control group was treated with levothyroxine, while the observation group was treated levothyroxine and Yougui Pill. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.
Results There were significant differences in serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), symptom score, homocysteine (Hcy), superoxide dismutase (SOD), 25-hydroxyvitamin-D 25-(OH)-D, folic acid and pregnancy outcome between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Levothyroxine combined with Yougui Pill is effective in treatment of pregnant patients complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism, which can improve thyroid function and pregnancy outcome.
