Abstract:
Objective To study the nursing effect of preventive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing for fatty liver disease.
Methods A total of 88 patients with fatty liver treated in our hospital were selected for the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, receiving basic treatment. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given preventive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing. After six months of nursing, the therapeutic effects and related indicators of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and analyzed.
Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.91% vs. 59.09%, P < 0.05). Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the abnormal rates of hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, hyperglycemia, liver function test and obesity between the two groups (P>0.05); after intervention, the abnormal rates of the two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Preventive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing has significant effect for patients with fatty liver, and can significantly improve the abnormal rates of patients′ indicators.
