养心通脉方联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病患者的临床疗效及对肠道菌群的影响

Effect of Yangxin Tongmai Recipe combined with aspirinenteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease differentiated as type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and its influence on gut flora

      目的  探讨养心通脉方联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病患者的临床疗效及对肠道菌群的影响。
      方法  将本院老年病科气虚血瘀型冠心病患者80例按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合养心通脉方治疗。观察比较2组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、肠道益生菌数量及肠道致病菌数量。
      结果  观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组主症及兼症积分显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组乳酸菌、双歧杆菌数量显著多于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组大肠杆菌、真菌数量显著少于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  养心通脉方联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病可显著提高患者临床疗效,降低中医证候积分,增加肠道益生菌,减少致病菌。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To study the clinical effect of Yangxin Tongmai Recipe combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease differentiated as type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and its influence on gut flora.
      Methods  A total of 80 coronary heart disease patients were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the different treatments. Control group used aspirin enteric-coated tablets, while the observation group was given Yangxin Tongmai Recipe based on the control group. Clinical curative efficacy, TCM syndrome scores, quantity of pathogenic gut flora and the intestinal probiotics of two groups were observed.
      Results  Observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group (P < 0.05). Observation group had lower scores of primary symptoms and secondary syndromes than the control group (P < 0.05). The observation group had more number of intestinal probiotics such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium than the control group (P < 0.05), and less amount of Escherichia coli and fungi than the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Yangxin Tongmai Recipe combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease differentiated as type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the TCM syndrome scores, and increase the intestinal probiotics, reduce pathogenic bacteria.
