Abstract:
Objective To study the efficacy of Tongxinluo Capsule and Ganlu Xiaoke Capsule combined with routine treatment of western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus.
Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 100 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine such as anti-coronary heart disease drugs and routine hypoglycemia treatment, while those in the intervention group were treated with Tongxinluo Capsule and Ganlu Xiaoke Capsule on the basis of the control group. The duration of angina, the times of attack, the dosage of nitroglycerin, hemorheological parameters, the efficacy of electrocardiogram and blood sugar control were compared and analyzed between the two groups.
Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in duration of angina, attack times and nitroglycerin dosage between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the above indicators in the intervention group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, hematocrit and blood viscosity of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and the effective rate of ECG in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (88.00% vs. 63.00%, P < 0.05). The total effective rate of blood sugar control in intervention group was significantly higher than that in intervention group (96.00% vs. 79.00%, P < 0.05).
Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsule and Ganlu Xiaoke Capsule combined with western medicine can significantly improve cardiovascular damage caused by abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism, and significantly reduce hemodynamic parameters, improve microcirculation, and reduce angina duration, attack times and the amount of medication forpatients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.
