Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Baofukang combined with cryotherapy on cellular immune function and clinical efficacy in patients with cervicitis.
Methods A total of 124 patients with cervicitis were selected as study subjects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cervical cryotherapy, while the observation group was treated with Baofukang combined with cryotherapy. The clinical efficacy, time of clinical symptoms improvement and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups.
Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the time of vaginal secretion reduction, purulent bleeding, lower abdominal or lumbosacral pain relief was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); the T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+) were significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Baofukang combined with cryotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of patients with cervicitis, which may be related to the regulation of cellular immune function and other factors.
