低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位贴敷治疗产后尿潴留的疗效

      目的  探讨低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位贴敷治疗产妇产后尿潴留的效果。
      方法  将56例产后尿潴留的产妇随机分为研究组和对照组，各28例。对照组采用传统的诱导排尿法治疗，研究组在此基础上使用低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位贴敷治疗。观察2组产妇的排尿情况和临床疗效。
      结果  研究组治疗总有效率为96.43%, 显著高于对照组的78.57%(P < 0.05); 研究组的首次排尿时间显著短于对照组，残留尿量显著少于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位贴敷治疗产后尿潴留，可有效促进产妇排尿，缩短排尿时间，促进尿液排空，具有良好的疗效。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To explore the effect of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupoint application on postpartum urinary retention.
      Methods  A total of 56 patients with urinary retention were randomly divided into study group (n=28) and control group (n=28). The control group was treated with traditional induced urination, and the study group was treated with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupoint application. The urination and clinical efficacy of pregnant women in both groups were observed.
      Results  The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.43% vs.78.57%, P < 0.05), and the time to first urination in the study group was significantly shorter, and the residual urine volume was significantly less than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with acupoint application has better efficacy, which can effectively promote urination, shorten urination time, and promote urine emptying.
