Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of targeted rehabilitation training on rehabilitative efficacy of patients with metabolic syndrome.
Methods A total of 60 patients with metabolic syndrome in our hospital were followed up continuously after hospitalization, 30 patients in the control group were given life habit intervention, diet guidance and walking after dinner. Another 30 cases in intervention group were treated with targeted rehabilitation training. The body mass index, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and abdominal circumference of the two groups were observed.
Results Body mass index, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid, and abdominal circumference in the intervention group were improred(P < 0.05).
Conclusion Targeted rehabilitation training can significantly improve the health condition of patients with metabolic syndrome, and is crucial for the occurrence, development and prognosis of metabolic syndrome.
