Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of improved early warning score combined with nursing mark in nursing management in pharmacy intravenous admixture services.
Methods The basic situations of nursing management from January to December 2016 in pharmacy intravenous admixture services were collected as control group, and the basic situations of nursing management from January to December 2017 were selected as the control group. Both groups included 200 cases. The control group was conducted with routine management measures, while the observation group was conducted with improved early warning score combined with nursing management mode of nursing label. The results of nursing management were compared between two groups.
Results The satisfaction degree to nursing management in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the quality score of nursing management was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the incidence rates of irrational use of drugs, air sedimentation bacteria, transfusion reaction and infection were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion The combination of improved early warning score and nursing mark can obviously improve the quality of nursing managementand the satisfaction degree of the staff in pharmacy intravenous admixture services, and can also reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use and risk events.
