Abstract:
Objective To explore the risk factors and nursing methods of cross infection in outpatient department of stomatology.Methods A total of 87 patients with cross infection in the department of stomatology in the past two years and 90 cases in the same period were selected as observation group and control group.Basic data and treatment process of two groups were analyzed.Results The proportion of patients with diabetes in the observation group were significantly more than that of the control group,favorable air and good environment,the use of disposable instruments,the proportion of standardized operation of medical staff were significantly less than the control group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in gender,age and the application of antibiotics in the two groups (P > 0.05).Logistics regression analysis revealed that diabetes mellitus,and air pollution,no use of disposable equipment and medical personnel according to the standard operation were the independent risk factors for cross infection in the outpatient department of stomatology (P < 0.05).Conclusion There are many factors that cause the cross infection in the department of stomatology.So the nursing staff should properly control infection,supervise the links of each cross infection to reduce the occurrence of cross infection.
