Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of adverse pregnancy in pregnant women with diabetes. Methods A total of 131 pregnant women with diabetes were selected and divided into the comprehensive nursing group and the conventional nursing group. The amniotic fluid index (AFI),BMI,gestational weight gain, birth weight,FBG and 2 h PG were recorded and compared between the two groups.Placenta, premature, pregnancy induced hypertension, cesarean section, over amniotic fluid, fetal distress, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, urinary tract infection and other adverse pregnancy outcome indicators were compared. The health status of perinatal infants was compared. Results The AFI,BMI,gestational weight gain, weight,FBG and 2 h PG were significantly lower in the comprehensive nursing group than those in the routine nursing group (P < 0.05).In the comprehensive nursing group, incidence rates of placenta previa, gestational hypertension, premature birth, cesarean delivery, polyhydramnios, fetal distress, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, urinary tract infection rate were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group (P < 0.05).In the comprehensive nursing group, the incidence rates of perinatal pneumonia,hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, macrosomia, hypoglycemia and hyperbilirubinemia rate were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group (P < 0.05),and asphyxia rate was significantly lower than the conventional nursing group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
