Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application of clinical pathway nursing model in treatment of patients with endometrial cancer in perioperative period. Methods A total of 130 patients with endometrial cancer were collected and randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated with radical resection. In perioperative period, the control group was given routine nursing model, while the observation group was given clinical pathway nursing model. After three months follow-up,the excellent and good rate of operation, illness uncertainty and quality of life were compared. Results After three months follow-up,the total excellent and good rate of operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).After the nursing intervention, when compared with the control group, scores of ambiguity, lack of information and the total score of the illness uncertainty in the observation group were significantly lower (P < 0.05),while scores of complexity and unpredictability in illness uncertainty were similar in the two groups (P > 0.05).As to quality of life, scores of somatic function and mental function in the observation group after the nursing intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05),while scores of social factor and belief factor in the two groups were similar (P > 0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing model has a good application effect in treatment of patients with endometrial cancer in perioperative period, which can significantly increase excellent and good rate of operation, reduce illness uncertainty and improve quality of life.
