Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of team psychological intervention in psychiatric nurses after occupational workplace violence.Methods A total of 60 registered psychiatric nurses suffering workplace violence from two grade hospitals in Shanghai (Changning,Jingan)were selected as research subjects,and were randomly divided into control group (n =30)and observation group (n =30),given routine psychological counseling and psychological intervention,respectively.The psychological status of nurses was measured using symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90),selfrating Anxiety Scale (SAS),self-rating Depression Scale (SDS),and psychological change was compared before and after intervention.Results Scores in somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,SAS and SDS in SCL-90 scale in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention mental helps to improve psychological status of psychiatric nurses after occupational workplace violence,alleviates anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of work.
