Abstract:
Objective To investigate the quality of nursing intervention on stress response,negative emotion and prognosis of patients in operation room.Methods A total of 78 cases from July 2014 to June 2015 were as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group adopted high quality nursing intervention,and control group was given routine nursing in operation room.Stress,negative emotions,and prognosis index of two groups were compared.Results After 15 min anesthesia,body temperature in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,heart rate,blood glucose levels were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05);After 14 d of operation,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05);Postoperative complications such as high fever was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing in operation room can help ease the stress of surgical patients,reduce anxiety and depression,and reduce the postoperative complications.
