Abstract:
Objective To evaluate application of fast recovery surgery for laparoscopic colon surgery patients and its efficacy. Methods A total of 90 patients with colon cancer in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, given fast recovery surgery and conventional treatment, respectively.Postoperative exhaust time, postoperative eating time, defecation time, wound infection and postoperative hospital stay time comparing the two groups of patients, albumin and total protein changes, complications and clinical efficacy before and after treatment. Results After treatment, postoperative exhaust time, eating time and bowel movement in the observation group were earlier than that in the control group, postoperative wound healing time and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05);After treatment, the observation group had lower levels of albumin and total protein than the control group (P < 0.05);Observation group had lower incidence of postoperative wound infection, urinary tract infections, lung infections, and intestinal obstruction than the control group, and higher total effective rate than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgery for laparoscopic colon surgery patients has significant effect,so it is worth promoting.
