Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in the operating room on incision healing and prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal surgery. Methods A total of 96 patients underwent gastrointestinal surgery were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while observation group was given high quality nursing.Incision healing, nursing satisfaction degree, postoperative recovery and the incidence rate of complications were compared. Results The incision healing rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).In the observation group, the postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay and wound healing time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications such as sore throat, nausea and vomiting, pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the wound healing rate, prevent the infection, improve the nursing satisfaction degree and promote the patient's quick recovery in treatment of patients with gastrointestinal surgery.
