Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing intervention in prevention of complications due to painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy.Methods A total of 120 patients with painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy were randomly divided into routine nursing group and comfortable nursing group,60 cases in each group.Anxiety and depression score,cooperation status and complications,recovery,nursing satisfaction degree were compared.Results Before the examination,the anxiety score,depression score,and incidence rate of complications in routine nursing group were significantly worse than the comfortable nursing group (P ＜ 0.05),the satisfaction degree of nursing and cooperation were worse than the comfortable nursing group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
