Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of patients with non-invasive ventilator assisted respiration in respiratory failure caused by severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 147 patients who admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (rt =74) and control group (n =73).The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.Nursing satisfaction,HR,RR,pH,p(O2),p (CO2),oxygenation index, ventilation time, hospital stay time, incidence of complications, success rate of extubation and the quality of life were observed and compared. Results The satisfaction rate of observation group was 82.43%,which was significantly higher than 67.12% in the control group (P <0.05).HR,RR,p(C02) of observation group were lower than that of control group (P < 0.05).The p (O2) and oxygenation index were significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).Ventilation time, hospital stay and complications were significantly shorter and lower than that of control group (P < 0.05).The success rate of extubation was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).After nursing intervention, the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly increased from (54.63 ± 16.33) to (63.82 ± 13.72) (P < 0.05),and was also significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).The general health status, physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, energy were significantly improved (P < 0.05),and were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehen sive nursing has a higher nursing satisfaction for patients with non-invasive ventilator assisted respiration in the respiratory failure caused by severe pneumonia. It can significantly improve p (O2) and oxygenation index, shorten the duration of ventilation and hospitalization time, improve the quality of life,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
