Abstract:
Objective To research the effect of clinical nursing intervention on cardiac functional status and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 90 chronic heart failure cases of in our hospital were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (35 cases) according to the admission order. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given clinical nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Cardiac function, quality of life and treatment compliance were compared after different nursing intervention. Results Before nursing intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in cardiac function indices such as 6 min walking distance,HR,LVDED,LVEF and E/A ratio and the quality of life scores (P > 0.05).After nursing intervention, the 6 min walking distance,LVEF and E/A ratio of two groups were increased, the levels of HR and LVDED were decreased, and the quality of life in two groups were significantly decreased. And improvement of the heart function indices and the quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly greater than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance, enhance chronic heart failure and cardiac functional status and quality of life, delay development of the disease, and promote the recovery of the patients.
