结肠癌组织中尾型同源盒转录因子2与环氧合酶-2、血管内皮生长因子的表达

Expressions of CDX2, COX-2 and VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨尾型同源盒转录因子2(CDX2)与环氧合酶-2(Cox-2)、VEGF在结肠癌组织的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测CDX2与COX-2、VEGF在62例结肠癌组织、20例正常结肠组织中的表达情况,探讨CDX2、COX-2、VEGF与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系.结果 CDX2在结肠癌、正常结肠组织中阳性表达率分别为54.8%、95.0%,COX-2在结肠癌、正常结肠组织中阳性表达率分别为75.8%、20.0%,VEGF在结肠癌、正常结肠组织中阳性表达率分别为80.6%、25.0%.CDX2在结肠癌组织中表达阳性率显著低于正常结肠组织(P<0.05),COX-2、VEGF在结肠癌组织中表达阳性率显著高于正常结肠组织(P<0.05).CDX2、COX-2、VEGF在结肠癌阳性表达与患者肿瘤浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移相关.Spearman相关分析显示,CDX2与COX-2、VEGF在结肠癌组织中表达均呈负相关(P<0.05),COX-2和VEGF在结肠癌组织中表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05).结论 CDX2、COX-2、VEGF的表达与结肠癌的发生、发展及预后关系密切.

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore expressions and clinical significance of CDX2,COX-2 and VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues.Methods The expressions of CDX2,COX-2 and VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues of 62 cases and normal colon tissuesof 20 cases were detected by immunohistochemical SP methods.Relationships between clinical pathological features and CDX2,COX-2 andVEGF were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of CDX2 in colon carcinoma tissues and normal colon tissues were 54.8% and 95.0% respectively,the positive expression rates of COX-2 in colon carcinoma tissues and normal colon tissues were 75.8% and 20.0%,and the positive expression rates of VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues and normal colon tissues were 80.6% and 25.0%.The positive expression rate of CDX2 in colon carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in normal colon tissues(P < 0.05),the positive expression rates of COX-2 and VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal colon tissues (P < 0.05).The positive expressions of CDX2,COX-2 and VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues were related with invasive depth and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05).Spearman correlation analysis results showed that expression of CDX2 was negatively correlated with COX-2 and VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues (P < 0.05),and COX-2 was positively correlated with VEGF in colon carcinoma tissues (P < 0.05).Conclusion The expressions of CDX2,COX-2 and VEGF are closely related with the occurrence,development and prognosis of colon carcinoma.
