Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the integrated care measures gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in patients with preventive effect on postoperative complications. Methods A total of 90 laparoscopic surgery patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases per group.Observation group received comprehensive care and control group received conventional nursing.Postoperative complications, flatus, recovery time of bowel sounds, offbed time, length of hospital stay and shoulder pain score were compared. Results Postoperative abdominal distention, hypercapnia, shoulder and back pain, occurrence of complications such as nausea and vomiting were significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Anal exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds,off-bed time and hospital stay in the observation group were(9.96 ±0.97) h,(26.63 ±2.67) h,(12.84 ± 3.34) h,(7.51 ±2.17) d,which were shorter than (17.18 ±1.23) h,(42.29 ±4.52) h,(21.37 ± 3.85) h,(12.69 ± 3.38) d in the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significance (P < 0.05).There were no significant difference in shoulder and back pain score after 6 h (P > 0.05).Shoulder and back pain scores in the observation group after 24,48,72 h were (1.63 ± 0.27),(1.24 ± 0.35),(0.80 ± 0.21),which were lower than (2.50 ± 0.42),(2.37 ± 0.56),(1.89 ± 0.37) in the control group, the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for gynecologic laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, shorten postoperative recovery time,so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
