Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing on anxiety,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor patients.Methods A total of 52 patients in our hospital from January to June 2013 were selected as control group.Another 58 cases from July 2013 to December 2013 in the hospital were selected as observation group.The control group was given basic nursing,while patients in the observation group received holistic nursing based on basic nursing measures.The anxiety,postoperative complications and satisfaction in two groups were assessed.Results Postoperative flatus time and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P < 0.05).Postoperative 24 h pain scores,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05).The physical function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function scores in observation group were significantly higher and complication rate was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).The overall satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can effectively relieve anxiety of patients with laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
