Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise combined with impedance exercise on movement function and quality of life in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods A total of 80 cerebral apoplexy patients were randomly divided into control group (aerobic exercise + routine rehabilitation) and the observation group (aerobic exercise + routine rehabilitation + impedance exercise).Motor function, blood glucose, blood lipid and serum homocysteine (Hcy),hs-CRP and blood sedimentation (ESR) change before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, the RMI,S-MFFM (arm),S-MFFM (leg),quality of life score were significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).In both groups, there were significant differences in blood sugar, blood hpid level and Hcy,hs-CRP,ESR before and after treatment (P < 0.05),while the improvement degree in the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion For cerebral apoplexy patients, aerobic exercise combined with impedance exercise can effectively improve the movement function and quality of life.
