Abstract:
Objective To discuss clinical effect of blue light irradiation combined with albumin in treating neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 60 cases with neonatal jaundice in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with albumin and the control group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with orally administration of Yinzhihuang granule.The change of serum TBIL,IBIL,TBA,γ-GT,HS-CRP,AKP and FFA before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy between two groups were compared.Results After 3 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the serum level of TBIL,IBIL,TBA,HS-CRP,AKP,FFA,γ-GT in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the level of related indicators above in the observation group were lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Blue light irradiation combined with albumin in treating neonatal jaundice has evident effect.So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
