Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of laparoscopic operation combined with sodium hyaluronate on the adhesion and inflamatory status indexes of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods A total of 46 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were selected and randomly divided into control group (laparoscopic operation)and observation group(laparoscopic operation combined with sodium hyaluronate). The serum adhesion and inflammatory status indexes before the operation and 1,3 and 5 days after the operation were detected and compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, the serum adhesion and inflammatory status indexes 1,3 and 5 days after the operation were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation combined with sodium hyaluronate can effectively affect the adhesion and inflammatory status indexes of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction.
