Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of edaravone injection combined with salvianolate on cerebral hemodynamics of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 106 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given antihypertensive, dehydration and anticoagulation therapy and intravenous infusion of edaravone injection.Combined treatment group was given intravenous infusion of salvianolate on the basis of the control group. The platelet aggregation rate, whole blood viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematuria, peak flow rate,end-diastolic flow velocity, pulsatility index and vascular resistance indexes before and after treatment were compared between two groups. The total effective rate and neurological deficit scores were evaluated after treatment by the European Stroke Scale (ESS).Results The ESS score and the total effective rate of the combined treatment group were significantly better than the control group, and the indexes of hemorheology were significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The edaravone injection combined with salvianolate can reduce blood viscosity and improve cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction.
