Exploration of approaches and clinical application of endoscopic thyroidectomy In the treatment of benign thyroid nodules

摘要: 目的：探讨腔镜甲状腺手术（ET）治疗甲状腺良性结节的步骤和技巧。方法回顾性分析本院收治的80例甲状腺良性结节患者的手术临床资料，分析所有患者术后3、8、24 h 的疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分及术后1个月颈部不适感发生率及切口满意度。结果80例患者手术均获得成功，术后3、8、24 h 的 VAS 评分为（2．3±0．6）分、（1．9±1．2）分、（1．2±0．5）分，与3hVAS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），且术后1个月患者的不适感发生率仅为5．0％，而切口满意度高达97．5％。结论腔镜甲状腺手术具有安全、高效、美观、切口小、疼痛轻等优点，通过熟练掌握相应的技巧能增加手术成功率。Abstract: Objective To explore the procedures and practice of endoscopic thyroidectomy (ET)for patients with benign thyroid nodules.Methods The clinical surgical data of 80 patients with benign thyroid nodules were retrospectively analyzed,primary outcome was visual analogue scale (VAS)scores evaluated at 3,8 and 24 h after surgery,secondary outcomes were incidence of neck discomfort and satisfaction rate to incision.Results 80 cases completed the surgery,VAS scores at 3,8 and 24 h after surgery were (2.3±0.6),(1.9±1.2)and (1.2±0.5)respectively, the score at 8 h and 24 h were significant lower than that at 8 h (P <0.05).Additionally,1 month after surgery,the incidence of neck discomforts was only 5.0% while the satisfaction rate to incision was 97.5%.Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy has several advantages including safety,high efficiency,good appearance,small incision and slight pain during surgery,the successful rate of surgery through proficient could be increased by proficiently master of skills.
