Abstract:
Objectives To observe and analyze the curative effects of different atomizing inhalation therapy on the treatment of the acute laryngitis children with laryngeal obstruction. Methods 100 acute laryngitis children with laryngeal obstruction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with budesonide atomizing inhalation treatment on the basis of conventional therapy, while the observation group was treated with alternative therapy of adrenaline combined with budesonide atomizing inhalation treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. The time for hoarseness disappearance, breathing difficulties dis-appearance,laryngeal stridor disappearance and hospital stay of the children in the two groups after the treatment were observed and compared. The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated according to the improvement of the symptoms such as dyspnea after the treatment. Results The time for hoarseness disappearance, breathing difficulties disappearance, laryngeal stridor disappear-ance and hospital stay of the children in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05).The clinical efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 98% and 82% respectively. The efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the proportion of the patients with the cura-tive effect of complete remission in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Application of adrenaline combined with budesonide atom-izing inhalation treatment in treatment of the acute laryngitis children with laryngeal obstruction can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms, shorten the time of hospitalization and bring a significant clinical efficacy.
