Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application value of high-quality care in preventing neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 78 infants with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into control group (given routine nursing)and nursing group (given extra comprehensive high-quality nursing),39 cases in each group. The index of jaundice, the disappearing time of jaun-dice,serum bilirubin level and initial defecation time of 2 groups were observed. Results There were 37 patients (94.87%)with jaundice index<10 mg /dL in nursing group and 27 (69.23%)in control group (P <0.01).Nursing group was evidently lower than control group in the disappear-ing time, serum bilirubin value and initial defecation time (P <0.01).Conclusion The high-qual-ity care can effectively improve infantile clinical jaundice symptoms, shorten the disappearing time of jaundice and the initial defecation time and improve the prognosis in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
