Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of TCM nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods 90 UC patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases for each group.Integrated Chinese and western medicines and routine nursing were given to control group,on which basis the observation group was added with TCM nursing intervention.Total clinical efficacy, nursing satisfactory rate and re-current rate 6 months after follow up were compared between two groups. Results The total effec-tive rate and nursing satisfactory rate of observation group were 95.56%and 100%,which were ev-idently higher than the 71.11% and 77.78% in control group (P <0.01).Additionally,6 months after follow up,the recurrent rate in observation group was 4.44%,which was obviously lower than the 17.78% in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing intervention is favorable in treatment of UC patients, which can improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfactory rate and reduce recurrent rate.
