Abstract:
Objective To expolre the value of evidence-based nursing in postoperative treatment of patients with billroth tpye I subtotal gastrectomy. Methods 88 patients with billroth tpye I subtotal gastrectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Obser-vation group was given evidence-based nursing combined with family education, while control group was given regular nursing. The anxiety, postoperative complications and satisfaction with nursing of 2 groups were observed before treatment and 4 weeks after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety between 2 groups before treatment (P >0.05).After 4 weeks, incidence rates of normal and mild anxiety in observation were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.05)while incidence rates of moderate and severe anxiety were signifi-cantly less than those of the control group (P <0.01).Difference in overall incidence of complica-tions between 2 groups was significant, with 6.82% in observation group and 61.36% in control group, respectively(P <0.01).Satisfactions with nursing between 2 groups was significantly dif-ferent,with 97.73% in observation group and 61.36% in control group, respectively. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has the potential to release the anxiety of patients with Billroth tpye Ⅰsubtotal gastrectomy, reduce the postoperative complications and improve nursing qualification.
