Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy of sodium nitroprusside combined with be-nazepril in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease. Methods 112 patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in each group. The control group was conducted with con-ventional treatment, while the observation group was treated with sodium nitroprusside and be-nazepril.Clinical indicators were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 78.57% of the control group (P <0.05).Levels of PaO2,PaCO2,SpO2,SV,CO,LVEF,PACP,plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside combined with benazepril is safe and effec-tive in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease,it can alleviate clinical symptoms rapidly,so it is worthy of promotion.
