Abstract:
Objective To analyze the application of prospective nursing intervention on the functional recovery and complications in patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 72 patients with lower limb fracture randomized into observation group and control group with 36 patients in each group.Control group was given routine nursing while observation group was conducted prospective nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Postoperative recovery, limb motor function and complications were compared in the two groups. Results The difference was statistically significant since the first turn over time, functional exercise time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function of patients in the two groups were improved significantly, and the improvement of motor function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Swelling, lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, constipation, bedsore, pain, infection and other complications of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing measures for the patients with lower limb fracture can effectively improve the limb movement func-tion and reduce the postoperative complications,so it is worthy of clinical application.
