Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of humanized management in improving the nursing quality of breast cancer operation.Methods 68 patients with breast cancer operation were randomly divided into control group(intervention group with routine nursing management)and ob-servation group(humanized management group)with 34 patients in each group.Nursing quality and life quality before and after intervention of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The difference was statistically significant since the excellent rate of nursing quality and life quality after intervention were obviously higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanized management in improving the nursing quality of breast cancer operation has better effect,and it is more benefit in the improvement of comprehensive life quality.
