Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of optimized nursing concept in improving cog-nition and nursing satisfaction of patients with radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period. Methods 86 patients with radical nephrectomy were randomly divided into control group(nursing group with routine radical nephrectomy)and observation group(optimized nursing concept group) with 43 patients in each group. The treatment cognition and efficacy and overall satisfaction degree before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. Results The treatment cognition, efficacy and overall satisfaction degree of the observation group at different time after the interven-tion were all better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant in e-valuation indicators in the two groups after the intervention(P <0.05).Conclusion The opti-mized nursing concept plays active role in improving the treatment cognition of patients with radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period, and it improves the efficacy of treatment and enhances the nursing satisfaction.
