Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the postoperative blood pressure and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty and 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage received in Neurosurgical Department of our hos-pital at different terms were respectively selected as control group and observation group.The pa-tients in both groups were given routine treatment and nursing.Besides,the comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group.The activities of daily living and quality of life were assessed in two groups 1 and 3 months after surgery respectively,and incidences of complica-tions within 1 month after surgery and blood pressure control were observed.Results Barthel in-dexes 1 and 3 months after surgery,excellent and good rate and postoperative stability rate of blood pressure in observation group were all higher than in control group significantly,with statistical sig-nificance.1 month after surgery,the incidence of complications in observation group was markedly lower than in control group,in which significant difference was presented.Conclusion Comprehen-sive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of patients with cerebral hem-orrhage,stabilize blood pressure,decrease the incidence of postoperative complications and improve quality of life.
