Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postpartum hemor-rhage and sleep quality of primiparae with caesarean section so as to promote postpartum rehabilita-tion and elevate the quality of nursing. Methods 100 primiparae with caesarean section were equal-ly randomized into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional nursing while the observation group was given nursing intervention. The volumes and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and sleep quality of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The blood loss volumes of the patients in 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery in the obser-vation group were lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P <0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 4.0%which was lower than that in the control group (16.0%),and the difference was statistically signif-icant (P <0.05).The differences were statistically significant since the scores of PSQI in the ob-servation group after delivery were all lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can decrease the volume and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and im-prove the sleep quality. So it is worthy of clinical application.
