Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with severe hand-foot-mouth disease were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into observation group and con-trol group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was adopt-ed comprehensive nursing.Recovery,satisfaction of nursing and life quality were compared be-tween the two groups.Results Disappearing time of the main symptoms,number of patients transferring to ICU,complications and hospitalization time in the observation group were signifi-cantly less than that in the control group.The result revealed that the difference was statistical sig-nificant (P <0.05).The scores of anxiety,living standard and body in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).The difference was statistical sig-nificant since nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is comprehensive,tar-geted,and preventive.It reduces complications,promotes the rehabilitation and improves the life quality during hospitalization of patients.
