Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the pain and re-covery of patients after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 100 gynecological patients with laparoscop-ic operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was received nursing intervention based on the treatment of control group.Satisfaction of pain,recovery and nursing after operation were compared between the two groups.Results Scores of postoperative pain in the observation group were lower than that in the control group.Mild pain and moderate pain were higher than that in the control group,and severe pain was less than that in the control group.It demonstrated that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications,am-bulation time,hospitalization time in the observation group were less than that in the control group.Nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,so the difference was statis-tical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention can reduce the postoperative pain of laparoscopic operation,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the life quality.
