Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of nursing procedure in the postoperative rehabil-itation of femoral neck fracture patients. Methods 80 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients in each group. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was used nursing proce-dure.Positivity of rehabilitation and the effect of the two groups were compared after operation. Results Positivity of rehabilitation score and positive coping score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group while negative coping scores were significantly lower than that in the control group. The postoperative complications and hospitalization time were significantly less than that of the control group. It revealed that the difference was statistical signif-icance (P <0.05).Hip flexion, stretching range and the total range of activity in the observation group were larger than that in the control group. The excellent rate of hip joint function was significantly higher than that in the control group ,so the difference was statistical significance (P <0.05).The difference was statistical significance since nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing procedure is targeted, standardized and scientific. It is conductive to improve the coping modes of elderly patients, enhance the enthusiasm of rehabilitation and promote the recovery of hip function.
