Abstract:
Objective To explore impact of clinical quality nursing on lumbar disc hernia-tion treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone. Methods 81 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into nursing group with 41 patients and control group with 40 patients.Patients in nursing group were given preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative quality nursing, while the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.Changes of pain before and after the treatment were assessed by visual analog scale (VAS).Results After the follow-up visits for 12 months, the efficacy rate was 97.56% with 35 cured patients and 5 re-markably cured patients in the nursing group. The efficacy rate was 47.5% with 4 patients cured and 15 remarkably cured in the control group.Compared with the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical quality nursing on lumbar disc herniation treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone can effectively improve the effective rate of surgery.
