Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of optimizing nursing manage-ment strategies in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was received conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given optimizing nursing management strategies based on conventional nursing.Lung function and inci-dence of adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results MVV,FEV1 /FVC and FEV1%before treatment in the two groups showed no significant difference (P >0.05). Compared with treatment before, there was a significant difference according to the value of MVV,FEV1 /FVC and FEV1%after treatment in the two groups (P <0.05).MVV,FEV1 /FVC and FEV1% after nursing in the experimental group improved significantly compared with that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05).The difference was sig-nificant since the rate of adverse reactions in experimental group and control group after treatment was 5.56% and 16.68% (P <0.05).Conclusion The nursing management strategies can sig-nificantly improve lung function and reduce adverse reactions of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,so it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
