Effects of different sedation anesthesia depths on muscle relaxation doses in closed-loop target controlled infusion

摘要: 目的 探讨闭环靶控输注下不同镇静麻醉深度对全麻患者肌松药(本研究采用顺苯阿曲库铵)用量的影响.方法 选取择期行开腹胃肠手术患者32例,ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ,随机分为A组和B组,每组16例.2组均使用闭环靶控输注技术来维持术中全麻镇静深度,A组维持在BIS值45,B组维持在BIS值55.使用相同剂量的诱导药进行全麻诱导插管,术中肌松维持均使用相同条件的肌松闭环注射系统,记录每位患者肌松药使用剂量、围术期的一般情况及术毕复苏情况.结果 2组患者的一般情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者全麻维持时每分钟平均顺苯阿曲库铵用量比较无显著差异(P=0.461,P>0.05);全麻中阿曲库铵维持剂量以mg/(kg·h)计算,B组阿曲库铵使用剂量明显比A组大,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017,P<0.05).结论 全身麻醉深度不同对顺苯阿曲库铵的用药量有影响.全身麻醉深度较浅时,即BIS值为55的患者阿曲库铵用量较大.
